Daniel Jordan

Executive Officer

The most senior staff position of MUGSU Inc and ex-officio member of the Board the Executive Officer plays a vital role in connecting the Board and the Staff, overseeing the implementation of Board and Executive decisions, day to day operations, the good Governance and Financial accountability of the organisation.

The Executive Officer is accountable for the effective and efficient management of human, financial and capital resources of the MUGSU Inc assisting the Board in the development and implementation of an ongoing strategic plan and p roviding strategic and operational leadership, supervision and management control of MUGSU Inc to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services and implementation and review of the MUGSU Inc Strategic Plan.

The Executive Officer is also responsible for ensuring all constitutional, contractual, statutory and licensing obligations of MUGSU Inc are met such as the Public Officer of the Incorporated Association, the licensee of the Bar and the licensee of the Child Care Centre.

Nigel Beck

Business and Marketing Coordinator

I'm Nigel Beck. I'm the Business Marketing Co-ordinator. I'm responsible for MUGSU's advertising, marketing and sponsorship.

If you're needing a hand with sponsorship or marketing for any club, association or student related group make sure you call. My office is upstairs in the 7N building.

Cassandra (Sandy) Webb

Student Advocate and Support Coordinator

Hi! I'm Cassandra Webb, Sandy for short, I'm the Student Advocate & Support Coordinator here at MUGSU. I help Monash Gippsland students find the right support services they need in order to get through and succeed with their studies & can help represent students in some uni related matters.

So if you're having problems with your studies, an academic related issue or just need someone to talk to about your student experience, come see me!

Richard Webber

Finance Coordinator

Hi! I'm Richard Webber, I'm the Finance Coordinator here at MUGSU. I maintain the accounting records for clubs and societies, activities, and sport and recreation events.

So if you need information on the financial status of your club, or wish to examine ways of financing events,  please do not hesitate to contact me.

David Law

Education Research Officer

Hi all... My name is David , im the education research officer at Mugsu. any study related matters or issues, advice on policy and procedure, please feel free to give me a call, or just drop in, the doors always open. if we cant help, we soon will point you in the direction of some body who can, until next time, catch you later... Paige Stockdale

Administration Officer

Hi there! I'm Paige and I'm MUGSU's Administration Officer. Being the admin officer means that I get to be involved in most things going on in MUGSU, so chances are if something's happening I know about it.

So if you've got any questions about ANYTHING come and see me either in Mugzoo Central or the MUGSU offices located through the lounge and I'll point you in the right direction.

Tara Miller

Events and Activities Officer

Hey, I'm Tara Miller. I'm the Activities Officer here at MUGSU. I'm here to ensure that you all get the most out of your uni experience by running events, functions and activities that YOU want. I also encourage participation in clubs and societies, so if you have any special interests come and check out the clubs that are already running or better still I can help you start your own.

So, if you have any suggestions, questions or inquiries in regards to events, activities or clubs that MUGSU are running or simply want to get involved come and see me, my door is always open.  :)

Hi! I'm Shane Paynter the Sport and Recreation Officer here at MUGSU. I'm here to help provide you with opportunities to participate in a wide range of Sporting and Recreational Activities.

Whether you love it or just want to have a go I've got something for everyone. Clubs and Societies, Social Sports, Trips and Tours, State and National Competitions, Campus v Campus, the list goes on. For anything Sport or Recreation related I’m the person to come and see.

Richard Massey

Website and Publications Officer

Hi everyone… My name is Richard Massey and I am the MUGSU Website & Publications Officer. It’s my job to make sure that everyone knows about upcoming events, key student dates and any other relevant information through a range of graphic mediums (posters, web, magazines, newspapers etc).
