Executive Officer

Hi I am Daniel Jordan the Executive Officer of MUGSU Inc

An important part of my role is to connect the Board and the Staff and oversee the implementation of Board and Executive decisions, the day to day operations, the good Governance and Financial accountability of the organisation.

My role is also accountable for the effective and efficient management of human, financial and capital resources of the MUGSU Inc assisting the Board in the development and implementation of an ongoing strategic plan and providing strategic and operational leadership, supervision and management control.

As the Executive Officer I am also responsible for ensuring all constitutional, contractual, statutory and licensing obligations of MUGSU Inc are met.

Here at MUGSU we have a fantastic group of Staff who are working to ensure your University Experience is a great one. Please don,t hesitate to contact MUGSU if we can be of assistance in any way.

I'm Nigel Beck. I'm the Business Marketing Co-ordinator. I'm responsible for MUGSU's advertising, marketing and sponsorship.

If you're needing a hand with sponsorship or marketing for any club, association or student related group make sure you call. My office is upstairs in the 7N building.

Hi! I'm Cassandra Hegarty, Sandy for short, I'm the Student Advocate & Support Coordinator here at MUGSU. I help Monash Gippsland students find the right support services they need in order to get through and succeed with their studies & can help represent students in some uni related matters.

So if you're having problems with your studies, an academic related issue or just need someone to talk to about your student experience, come see me!

Hi! I'm Richard Webber, I'm the Finance Coordinator here at MUGSU. I maintain the accounting records for clubs and societies, activities, and sport and recreation events.

Richard Massey

Website and Publications Officer

Hi everyone… My name is Richard Massey and I am the MUGSU Website & Publications Officer. It’s my job to make sure that everyone knows about upcoming events, key student dates and any other relevant information through a range of graphic mediums (posters, web, magazines, newspapers etc).

As the creator of the new mugsu.org.au website, my immediate goal is to ensure the website is beneficial for all Monash University Gippsland students so if you have any suggestions on ways we can improve this, shoot us an email via the “Contact Us” page.

Hi There.... I’m Jodie Petesic, I’m Coordinator of Pooh Corner Child Care Centre. We care for children of parents that work and study at Monash University as well as families from the wider community.

Families are welcome to come and have a look around our service, and our friendly staff will be able to show you through our purpose built 75 place Child Care Centre, and assist you in the process of making a booking.
